TERMS OF SALE

The Management reserves the right to refuse admission or re-entry to a performance. The Management reserves the right to alter or amend the programme without prior notice as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Latecomers may either be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance or to wait until the interval. Any recording of the performance (either audio or visual) is STRICTLY prohibited. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry of, and use of, such equipment on the premises.

Fees
We don’t charge a booking fee.

Collecting at the Box Office
Tickets may be collected from the Box Office on show days from 1 hour prior to the performance. We recommend picking up your tickets at least half an hour before the performance begins. Please bring along the receipt of online purchase either printed or on your phone/tablet.

Posting Tickets
Tickets will not be posted. Tickets may be collected from the Box Office on show days from 1 hour prior to the performance.

Payment
For ticket purchases, we accept all major credit and debit cards. If paying in person at the box office, we also accept cash payments. We do not accept cheques.

Exchanges and Refunds
All sales are final. We will only offer ticket refunds for cancelled performances. Above The Stag Theatre Members may change their tickets at any point up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of the performance, subject to availability.
